Occupied staging in Arlington, VA

Seller was relocating to Florida and wanted to toss all his furniture. We created a plan to use basic furniture pieces which resulted in much lower staging cost.

As you can see we still removed a lot of stuff and result was telling.

The property sold during first Open House and our happy seller is sipping his cocktails somewhere south....:)
